Welcome to We Have A Guy For That. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided
We Have A Guy For That provides home improvement, maintenance, renovation, and referral services based on client requests. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. Users are responsible for ensuring that any service site is safe and accessible for our contractors or service providers.

3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or text. A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive SMS, phone calls, and emails related to services, appointments, and promotions. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS communications.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Services from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

I/we herein agree to forever release We Have A Guy For That from any and all liability and hold We Have A Guy For That harmless for any damages, claims, or costs caused, claimed to have been caused, or associated with one or more of its vendors.

Furthermore, I/we herein agree and acknowledge the We Have A Guy For That is not responsible for any work contracted through its services, and is not responsible for the quality of work, workmanship, and/or any damages or costs associated with the work of its vendors

Furthermore, I/we herein agree and acknowledge that We Have A Guy For That is a service for connecting its affiliated vendors with clients in need of its vendors’ specialty.  Vendors contracted for are responsible and liable for their work and We Have A Guy For That is not liable for its vendors.

Furthermore, I/we agree to hold harmless, indemnify, protect and defend (with attorneys reasonably acceptable to the indemnified party and whose reasonable fees and costs shall be paid by the party obligated hereby to provide such defense) We Have A Guy For That from third party claims or liability arising out of the indemnifying party’s own acts or omissions arising out of this Agreement. As used in the foregoing sentence, the term “third party” does not include any of the parties to this Agreement. Effective Date: 7/11/2025
